The eight UEMOA countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Niger & Senegal) and a head quarter based in Niger.
Context:
Each site must use the centralized computing resources in Senegal.
Connections must meet the safety requirement of the banking sector and be based on IP.
